Scouts Canada - Shining Waters Council
Scouts is a youth-led program where kids pave their own path to outdoor advenure and fun, selecing and planning the activities they want to pursue. Along the way, Scouts develop the skills, value and character that will guide them through every adventure at every stage of life.
