Centre for Grief and Healing - Bereaved Families of Ontario
The Centre for Grief & Healing is a safe space to share your grief. Their programs serve adults, teens and children through individual support sessions and peer-to-peer grief support groups that are specific to the relationship with the person who died.
Grieving children, teens and adults deserve the opportunity to experience the healing process in a safe, warm and nurturing environment. The healing process is enhanced through the friendships and connections that are developed in our support groups.
They offer one-to-one peers upport sessions and group peer support sessions, both in-person and via Zoom; major annual events (the "Walk to Remember" and the "Loving Memory Ceremony"); educational webinars; and professional workshops.
