Child and Youth Rehabilitation Program - ErinoakKids


ErinoakKids Child and Youth Rehabilitation Program is available to young people from infancy to nineteen years of age, living in Peel, Halton or Dufferin, who have physical disabilities or complex needs. The first step in receiving Child and Youth Rehabilitation Program services is to have a medical referral from a physician. Any of the following listed services may be part of the service plan: Assistive Devices Resource Services (ADRS); Early Childhood Resource Services (ECRS); Family Support Services (FSS); Medical Services; Occupational Therapy (OT); Physiotherapy (PT); Speech and Language Pathology (SLP); Independant Living Program (ILP).
