Dufferin Basics
The Dufferin Basics offers practical, everyday ways to promote child development and foster school readiness. This initiative began as an effort to ensure that organizations across Dufferin County provide consistent, evidence-based parenting messages. This initiative is led by the Dufferin Coalition for Kids (DuCK). DuCK is a community-based planning group that brings together organizations from across Dufferin County that fund, plan, or offer services for children, youth, and their families. The Dufferin Basics is a local affiliate of The Basics Multi-City Network.
