Family Transition Place (FTP) - Shelburne - Mothers Changing Paths Program


A program for pregnant and parenting mothers - providing supportive and non-judgmental counselling for women that are dealing with unwanted opiate/substance use who are pregnant and/or parenting. This program also provides support through training, education and consultation on the issues of substance use during pregnancy and parenting.
