Community adult and youth mental health organization providing social rehabilitation services; offering services for those who can attend activities in at least one of four service areas

Variety of support services provided to those who have experienced, and are recovering from mental/emotional distress which has led to social isolation

Activities include:
  • consumer governance model, discussion groups and social opportunities
  • training in leadership, presentation, DJ/AV club and theatre company programs
  • lifestyle counselling and crisis intervention (24 hours - Through the Mobile Crisis Unit of Peel). Transportation subsidies are provided for some activities

Fees: Membership - free * Program - there may be a cost for an individual event, however costs are kept low; most events are free
 
Application: Self referral is encouraged; contact Emelyn Rozas 905-452-1002 for interview time and place (approximately one hour appointment)
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 16 years and up. Those who have experienced or are experiencing mental/emotional distress which has led to social isolation
