La Leche League Canada - Orangeville Group

La Leche League Canada is a registered non-profit that provides mother-to-mother / parent-to-parent / peer-to-eer support for pregnant women, new parents, and beyone. We are parents like who you who have breastfed or chestfed our own children and now volunteer to support others to reach their goals. As volunteer leaders, we are accredited through within La Leache League Canada after a detailed training program and have access to current scientific and legal information to others.

The website provides a number of breastfeeding resources in English and French, including information sheets, an extensive FAQ section, and a submit-a-quesiton function.

Local Leader - Erin. Meetings are the 1st Thursday of every month from 7:30-9:30pm. La Leche League provides support for all women interested in breastfeeding. Monthly Group meetings. Any time is a good time to come to a La Leche League meeting: when pregnant, with a new baby or when considering weaning. All La Leche League Canada Leaders are volunteers. They are experienced breastfeeding mothers who are trained to provide up-to-date breastfeeding information, encouragement, and support.
