LINC - Free English Classes - Caledon Community Services
LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) provides language instruction in one of Canada’s official languages to adult immigrants so that they may acquire the necessary language skills to integrate into Canadian society.
The program is open to all adult immigrants, 18 years of age and over, who are Permanent Residents, Landed Immigrants or Convention Refugees. A language assessment will confirm client eligibility for LINC and their current language proficiencies. LINC is fully funded by the Government of Canada through Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
