I'm a pediatric Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Doula.

I work directly with families to provide one-on-one support before and after your baby's birth - I offer prenatal breastfeeding education and breastfeeding support once your little one arrives! I would be honoured to help you reach your goals and provide you with support and guidance along your parenting journey. 

Mama Llama Lactation is happy to now offer OHIP-funded infant feeding support (breast/chest feeding, formula feeding, starting solids, etc) as part of the Ontario Breastfeeding Clinic in partnership with the OBCPG. Referrals from your primary care provider (for example midwife, family doctor, nurse practitioner) are required. I offer virtual consultations and OHIP covered in person lactation consultations in Dufferin County in English and Punjabi.
