Orangeville Public Library - French Resources


The library has a collection of more than 2200 French picture books, board books and junior fiction and nonfiction books covering a wide range of topics and genres.
In our virtual branch, accessed through the website, there are several different resources available in French – more than 600 eAudiobooks and eBooks, Mango Languages which features French language learning in both France and Canadian dialects along with English for French speakers, French versions of Career Cruising, Consumer Health Information, and Novelist and French interfaces for most of our other databases. Our interlibrary loan service connects patrons with hundreds of libraries, allowing them to borrow from adult and children’s French collections.
